1. Service Description
Brew Logs is a mobile-first web application that helps coffee enthusiasts track their brew recipes, timers, and notes. The service allows you to log brewing parameters (ratio, grind size, temperature, time), save recipes, and analyze your brewing history. You retain full ownership of all data you create or store in the application.
2. Account & Access
To use certain features of the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Regarding data and content stored in the service:

- •We do not claim ownership of your user-generated content
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
6. Disclaimers & Warranties
The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brew Logs and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the service.
8. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
